Place the Whispers of Summer, milk and banana into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the Futurelife and blend again, adding more for a thicker consistency.
Pour the mixture into a breakfast bowl and top with suggested toppings, if desired.

1 banana, peeled and sliced
15ml flaked almonds, toasted
10ml chia seeds
a few strawberries and raspberries
