Product Information

You can’t beat the sweetness of a perfectly ripe peach. Picked too soon and the flesh is sour, so patience is our friend. Bursting with juice, peaches are just delicious. When we’re not drinking it we’re eating peach jam, peaches and cream and even peaches with cheese!

Fun Facts
Peaches were once known as Persian Apples.
China is the largest world producer of peaches, with Italy second.
The peach is classified with the almond in the subgenus Amygdalus, distinguished from the other subgenera by the corrugated seed shell.
Peaches and nectarines are the same species, even though they’re regarded commercially as different fruits. The difference between them is that peaches have the fuzzy skin while nectarines don’t.
In some countries, peaches are the symbol of good luck, protection and longevity.
