Our paw paw are deliciously sweet with a soft, butter-like consistency. To get their full exotic flavour, paw paws must be perfectly ripe. There are plenty of health benefits to Paw paws - they are known to boost your immune system and help protect against arthritis. paw paws are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and antioxidants.

Fun Facts
The paw paw tree can grow from seed to a 20 foot, fruit-bearing tree in less than 18 months. The fruit can range in size from 1 to 20 pounds.
The exact origination of paw paw is unknown but it is believed to be native to southern Mexico and neighboring Central America.
Christopher Columbus called paw paw ‘the fruit of the angels’ due to their heavenly taste.
The white powder sold as “Meat Tenderizer” is composed mainly of an enzyme extract from the paw paw, called papain.
There are two types of paw paw, the Hawaiian and Mexican.
Most people only eat the sweet delicious flesh, but you can also eat the small, black seeds in the center of the fruit - they taste like black pepper.
