Place the Season’s Treasures juice into a small pan and bring to the boil.
Add the raisins and sultanas and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the fruit has softened and the juice has reduced. Allow to cool.
Transfer the mixture to a blender with the banana and blend until combined.
Add the ice cream and blend again.
Serve at once.
*for a double thick shake, add an additional 1-2 scoops of ice cream
