Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple, peeled, cubed and frozen
  • 500ml Ceres Litchi Juice
  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 250ml ice cubes
  • Mint leaves to serve, optional

Method

Place the frozen pineapple pieces into a blender with the Ceres Litchi Juice and coconut cream. Blend well.

Add half of the ice cubes and blend.

Add the remaining ice cubes and blend again until well combined.

Pour the mixture into chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple, mint or pineapple leaves, if desired. Serve at once.
