Vitamin A Benefits

Certain foods or beverages, like fruits, vegetables and juices, contain beta-carotene which can be converted to vitamin A by the body. 

Vitamin A is a fat -soluble vitamin that is stored in your body and helps you to maintain a normal vision and to keep your skin and immune system healthy. Vitamin A also helps to promote normal growth and development.[1]
