Summer Frosé


  • 250ml sweet rosé wine or sparkling wine
  • 125g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 250ml Ceres Secrets of the Valley
  • 10ml fresh mint leaves
  • 3ml pink food colouring (optional)
  • 500 – 750ml ice cubes

Place the wine, strawberries and Ceres Secrets of the Valley juice into a jug blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Add the mint leaves and half of the ice cubes and blend.

Add the remaining ice cubes as desired, (more for an iced, slush-style drink) and the food colouring, if desired. Blend again until well combined.

Pour the mixture into chilled cocktail glasses and serve at once.
